#ProductReview: Patanjali Atta Noodles


A big fan of noodles and in search of healthier options, I decided to try out the new Patanjali Atta Noodles that claims to be made of whole wheat and include healthy ingredients without any artificial additions.

In this post, I'll share my review of Patanjali Atta Noodles in a pros and cons style. So let's begin!

About Patanjali Atta Noodles:


Patanjali Atta Noodles is made from wheat and contains all natural ingredients. Claiming no maida and harmful preservatives, its ingredients include:

Ingredients in Noodles:
Wheat flour, edible rice bran oil, iodised salt, minral & xanthan gum.

Ingredients in the Seasoning:
Mixed spices (coriander powder, onion, garlic, turmeric powder, cumin, ginger, red chili, cloves), dehydrated vegetables (Carrot, Peas, Beans), salt, flavour enhancers, vegetable protein, soy sauce powder, sugar, thickener and acidifying agent.

Shelf Life: Best before 9 months from the date of manufacture.



My Product Review of Patanjali Atta Noodles:

Pros:

1) The first thing that I liked about this product is that it is made of wheat flour and contains no maida.

2) Made of all natural ingredients with no MSG and other harmful preservatives, Patanjali Atta Noodles is a healthier option for all noodles lovers.

3) The taste is also good and is unique. It tastes all Indian masala with spices like coriander and turmeric in the seasoning mix and I loved eating it. 

4) Affordably priced at 15 INR for a 70 gm packet, it is much cheaper than the other noodles present in the market.

5) Easily available both online and in the physical market.

6) Easily to prepare. It hardly takes 5 minutes in getting ready. Just add the noodles to boiling water along with the seasoning mix and cook for 3 minutes to get instant tasty Patanjali Atta Noodles!

7) Contains Zero Cholestrol and Trans Fat. Gives energy and provides Protein, Carbohydrates, Iron and other healthy nutrients. Also contains vegetables like beans, carrots and peas. So, is again health friendly noodles!

8) Has a decent shelf life of nine months from the date of manufacture.

9) A tummy filling healthy snack that can be eaten anytime without any guilt of adding unnecessary calories and gaining unhealthy weight!

Cons:

1) Gets a little hard when cooked to keep it dry but is better when cooked to keep it semi dry.

2) Contains traces of milk powder, soya powder, mustard seeds and nuts so can be allergic to people sensitive to these ingredients.



Conclusion:
All in all, Patanjali Atta Noodles is a healthy, tasty noodles that is not only easy to make but also very affordable. 4.5 stars to it out of 5 from me, I recommend this product to everyone. Go enjoy these noodles without worrying about your health and unnecessary weight gain!
