I am in for a healthy 'Nashta' with #KelloggsWaleGuptaji!

When Guptaji asked me to come have 'nashta' or breakfast with him and his family, I could not say no. I was ecstatic and happy and do you know why?

Well, Guptaji is also known as #KelloggsWaleGuptaji because his family has many mouthwatering recipes in their cook book, all made from the very healthy Kelloggs cornflakes and can whip up the perfectly healthy breakfast in a jiffy!

I must tell you that I have had Kelloggs cornflakes for breakfast since childhood and when I came to know that Guptaji's family knew of recipes made from my favourite cornflakes, I was both inquisitive and excited to try out the new platter. Guptaji was gracious enough to allow me to choose the dishes I wanted to try out and he would serve me those for breakfast at his house. Exciting, isn't it!

I hopped over to their Facebook page and read about some very diverse yet yummy and sumptuous looking recipes right from my general milk cornflakes to the Chapatti Cornflakes Chivda! Being a foodie and an amateur cook, I noted down the recipes and am now eager to try out the delicious cornflakes dishes at their house.

1) My first pick that I want to try out is the Cornflakes Popcorn Clusters which Guptaji also calls as the "Movie Wala Nashta".

Just look at these crispy looking yummy clusters that have merged both popcorn and cornflakes. I love munching on popcorn and am eager to munch on this unique and appealing looking nashta soon!

2) Are you trying to lose weight and are on a lookout for yummy salads then Guptaji has just the right recipe for you. His "Homework Wala Nashta" made my mouth water.

Just look at this gorgeous assemble. Doesn't it look both exotic and simply yummy! What's more appealing is that the ingredients to make it are so simple that we are sure to find them easily in our kitchen. This recipe gave me another reason to want to accept Guptaji's invitation for breakfast.

3) If you love munching on crispy snacks then you are going to love this Chapatti Cornflakes Chivda or also called the "Nakhare Wala Nashta". It's a novel twist to our old, simple chivda and so appealing that I want to go and try it out right now. Accompanied with hot cardamom tea, I think this dish is going to become my new favourite.
Look at all that golden crispness. I am loving it already! Mrs. Gupta tells me that this recipe proves really beneficial during her children's nakhare. They instantly forget their tantrums when they see their "Nakhare Wala Nashta" in front of them. Hence the name is again and again justified.

4) Last but nowhere the least on my foodie list is the "Best Family Wala Nasta".

The Gupta family has given our beloved milk-cornflakes recipe a twist with cinnamon and chopped apples to give it a yummy makeover. All this creaminess of milk with the crunchiness of apple and Kelloggs cornflakes with the added sweet smell of cinnamon is starting to make me hungry!

I cant wait till tomorrow to go have breakfast with the Gupta's so I'll try out atleast one of these delicacies today in my own kitchen. But, hey! This is a secret. Don't tell anyone! :)

Will you go and have breakfast with #KelloggsWaleGuptaji?

I know, I will and am already dying with excitement while I wait for the morning to arrive!
