With 2018 almost over, we are ready to welcome 2019 and with the new year, we get 365 more days to achieve all those goals we didnt achieve this past year. But the main challenge with new year resolutions is sticking to them. Most often we stay true to our resolutions for a few weeks and then slowly let go as time passes.

The reason why most people fail to achieve it is because they set "impossible" goals like loosing 20 kgs in 1 month. It fails for an obvious reason that it is unrealistic. Another reason for failure is posting about it before even starting as this gives a false sense of accomplishment and deviates us from the goal. So set realistic goals and share progress updates for the same. Stay true to yourself, keep track of your progress and instead of blindly trying to follow diets, opt for healthier eating habits, exercise routines and aim for an overall healthy lifestyle to see favourable and long lasting results.
