What are you reading? Wednesday: The Adventures of Shrilok Homeless by Pika Nani and The Ultimate Adventures of Shrilok Homeless by Pika Nani

This week I am reading The Adventures of Shrilok Homeless by Pika Nani and The Ultimate Adventures of Shrilok Homeless Volume 2 by Pika Nani, published by Penguin Random Housethat are about a teenage tea seller turned detective, Shrilok who solves mysteries along with his sidekick and friend, Rohan Doctor.

The Adventures of Shrilok Homeless by Pika Nani and The Ultimate Adventures of Shrilok Homeless Volume 2 by Pika Nani- Njkinny's Blog

Aimed for children 10 years and above, these are books that will be enjoyed by everyone. I absolutely adore the covers of these books and am loving the mysteries that are intelligent and engagingly narrated that they keep me occupied until I finish each case!

Njkinny recommends these books to kids and adults alike who love mysteries and are a big fan of Sherlock Holmes like me.

From the blurb:

"Meet Mumbai's greatest teen detective!

A chaiwala by day and a super sleuth by night, Shrilok is a champion at deduction, disguises and drama. Along with Rohan Doctor, his partner in crime, he solves thrilling cases..."

  2. A very interesting book that kids would love. My two sons had to be "forced" to read, because all they wanted to do was outdoor play when they were young. Thankfully, they picked up the habit of reading and I am so relieved. I will recommend this book to my sister so she can get it for her son.
